Location: Monroe Regional Hospital Department: Psychology Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: As the Outpatient Behavioral Therapist, you will provide outpatient mental health/substance abuse counseling, therapy, and Employee Assistance Services. You will assess the patient's emotional, social, and psychological needs and determine appropriate interventions . You will develop a treatment plan incorporating the patient's identified needs and review the plan monthly to meet the ongoing mental health needs of the patient. You will provide crisis intervention and collaborate with other health care providers to assure coordinated care delivery and positive outcomes. You will develop and maintain a network of referral sources in the community including mental health, substance abuse, medical, social, financial, and legal resources.
