JOB DETAILS Base pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday, overtime as designated Role Description: In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate loading of outbound shipments, handling materials efficiently, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You'll play a key part in meeting daily shipping goals by working collaboratively and reliably within our logistics operations. RESPONSIBILITES Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently, ensuring shipments are complete and on time Safely lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly, including above shoulder height and below the waist Follow daily loading schedules and work orders to meet delivery timelines Verify product quantities and conditions against shipping documents Operate pallet jacks, dollies, and other basic material handling equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient loading operations and flow of materials Identify and report any shipping discrepancies or damaged goods Support inventory counts and documentation as needed Assist with general warehouse duties and cross-training opportunities
