Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering meetings with global marketing, customer care and other departments to define new campaign requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for campaign development & execution
- Perform ongoing maintenance of existing campaigns in Marketing Cloud

- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 4-5 years of experience working with SFDC Marketing Cloud/Exact Target Marketing Automation tool
- Developing/deploying Marketing Automation with an emphasis on process and detail to ensure data security, privacy and accuracy
- Skills and Competencies:
- Working knowledge of HTML to update or enhance marketing campaigns and content
- Marketing Cloud AMPScript familiarity & experience
- Working knowledge of SQL to build Data Extensions
- Knowledge of both acquisition and retention-based marketing campaign management and outbound email program administration
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com for sales/marketing functions
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology and its benefits
- Knowledge of the software and systems development life cycle
- Ability to work in a deadline focused, dynamic environment, consistently producing deliverables within agreed upon timelines
- Ability to analyze business processes, design process improvements, and train business users on the new processes
- Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of managing several activities simultaneously
- Experience in the healthcare, pharma or medical device industry a plus
- Excellent communication skills are critical
