Requirements

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Key job responsibilities - Develop comprehensive financial bridges, narratives and strategic documents for executive leadership, covering monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes - Build collaborative relationships across global teams via strategic financial guidance - Manage multiple time sensitive deliverables across a highly matrixed organization - Partner with senior leadership to develop compelling narratives that influence strategic business decisions and policy development - Drive controllership at scale with AI solutions that innovate on traditional processes - Build sophisticated financial models that enable scenario analysis and develop frameworks that are the basis of recurring reporting for executive stakeholders.
