** Internal Workers - Please log into your Workday account to apply ** Huntington Hospital Employee Login Expectations: Assists Concierge Manager with operations of the Concierge Services function while providing an exceptionally high level of customer service to hospital staff, physicians, volunteers and vendors. Works closely with Concierge Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. Assists in developing and implementing concierge services, EAC committee, employee engagement initiatives and coordinates employee events. Ensures all Concierge projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. This position may require flexibility of hours. EDUCATION: Bachelors degree preferred. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in the retail management, concierge services or hotel industry required. LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Only authorized staff with a valid driver's license is permitted to drive hospital golf cart. Clearance is required.
