This is our B2 night shift: 6pm-6:30am Wednesday/Thursday/Friday & every other Saturday (15% Dif) Performs a variety of functions in support of cGMP manufacturing operations at AbbVie's Waco manufacturing facility, helping produce sterile eye care products in a highly controlled, aseptic environment. This role follows strict cleanliness, gowning, and contamination control procedures to help ensure product quality and safety. Responsibilities may include working with engineers on equipment setup and calibration, supporting quality testing, and assisting with the production of parts, components, and final materials. You will also use systems such as LIMS, SAP, and automated control systems to review operating data and support adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment as needed. In this role, you may also help identify and improve methods and procedures used in the manufacturing process. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a sterile manufacturing environment.
