JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Business Analyst [IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services] in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as George Mason University (GMU) | George Mason University | Information Technology Services (ITS) Generally Located In CONUS - Fairfax VA and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World). Drive seamless change-analyzing needs, improving processes, managing projects, and empowering people for success. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Business Analyst | Change and Transformation [GMU0009008] Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user acceptance testing. Map business processes and recommend improvements. Support implementation of enterprise applications (Ellucian Banner, Salesforce, etc.). Serve as liaison between ITS teams and University stakeholders. Desired Qualifications For Business Analyst | Change and Transformation [GMU0009008] (GMU0009008) Candidates: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of IT/business analysis experience. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Experience in higher education IT preferred. Familiarity with Banner, Canvas, and Team Dynamix desirable. Skills Required Requirements documentation, workflow mapping, UAT coordination. Strong communication and facilitation skills.
