About the role

Support the Brand & PR Manager in delivering The Hoxton Florence's F&B marketing, PR and social media strategy across Alassio, Enoteca Violetta, La Riserva, alongside seasonal venues including the courtyard and rooftop Help manage day-to-day social media channels, creating and coordinating engaging content that showcases the energy, atmosphere and personality of the hotel's restaurants, bars and events Capture and coordinate always-on content across chef moments, menus, cocktail launches, live programming, terrace activations and guest experiences, ensuring content feels social-first and on-brand Support the planning and execution of F&B-focused events, collaborations and partnerships, including guest communication, logistics, creator coordination and on-site support Help manage influencer visits, media requests and creator partnerships linked to the hotel's restaurants, bars and seasonal spaces Assist with photography and videography briefs, mood boards, photoshoots and content production across F&B outlets and guest experiences Coordinate updates across digital platforms including social channels, What's On pages, website listings, Seven Room updates, CRM mailers and promotional content via paid aids. Support the creation and coordination of printed and digital collateral with our in-house creative studio AIME, including menus, flyers, signage and event materials Monitor content and social performance, helping identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, visibility and footfall across the hotel's F&B outlets Stay connected to hospitality, restaurant, food and lifestyle trends, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration to seasonal programming and content opportunities Support the team in maintaining brand consistency across all guest-facing communications and experiences, aligned with The Hoxton tone of voice and brand dna A genuine passion for restaurants, bars, food culture, drinks, fashion, music and hospitality experiences - you're the kind of person who naturally knows what's opening, what people are talking about and where everyone wants to book next Someone creative with a strong eye for social-first storytelling, content creation and creating moments people genuinely want to be part of, photograph and share A good understanding of what makes hospitality content engaging - from capturing the atmosphere of a packed rooftop at sunset to making a restaurant launch feel culturally relevant online A strong eye for brand aesthetics, photography, design and visual storytelling, with experience using Canva or similar creative tools Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure A natural communicator who feels comfortable building relationships with creators, restaurant partners, influencers, media and local tastemakers Someone proactive and hands-on who enjoys bringing ideas to life and isn't afraid to jump into the detail - whether that's helping set up an event, capturing content during service or pulling together a last-minute menu update Individuals.
