Overview Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Project Manager to support the Engineering PMO within the Commercial Broadband organization. This role is responsible for managing open held customer orders from post-sale through installation, ensuring orders progress efficiently across the organization while removing roadblocks and driving timely delivery. This is an internally focused project management role. Unlike traditional customer-facing Service Delivery Managers found at telecommunications providers such as AT&T or Verizon, this position serves as the central coordinator for engineering and operations, partnering closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful order fulfillment. Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance of one of these locations and be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship or transfer requirements. Please note that C2C arrangements are not available for this position. All work must be performed within the United States. Duties & Responsibilities Manage commercial broadband customer orders from post-sale through installation. Coordinate the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule. Track and manage open held orders, proactively identifying risks, delays, and dependencies. Partner with Engineering PMO to prioritize work and resolve order-related issues. Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Field Operations, Technicians, and other internal organizations. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate installations. Monitor project timelines, order status, and operational metrics. Escalate issues appropriately and drive timely resolution. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Ensure internal stakeholders remain informed of project progress and installation readiness. Support continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce installation delays. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, Order Management, or Implementation within the telecommunications, broadband, or cable industry. Experience managing customer orders from post-sale through implementation or installation. Strong understanding of broadband service delivery and installation processes. Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Field Operations. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to proactively identify issues and drive resolution. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Experience supporting commercial broadband or enterprise telecommunications services. Experience within Engineering PMO or network deployment organizations is preferred Familiarity with held order management and installation workflows. Experience with project management and order management systems. Education/Certifications Bachelor's degree is required Project Management certification (PMP, PMI) or course work training is desired Compensation Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 1099 role with temp to hire potential for the right candidate and offers an expected hourly starting rate of $60-$70. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
