Responsibilities

- What you will do as a Supportability Engineer (Electronics)
- Partner with multidisciplinary project teams to shape supportable next-generation radar systems
- Perform reliability modelling and electronic failure analysis at equipment and component level
- Influence hardware design through RAMT assessments, maintainability studies and supportability trade-offs
- Develop and maintain FMEA/FMECA , fault analysis and reliability predictions
- Contribute to diagnostics, testability strategies and through-life support solutions
- Help solve real-world engineering challenges, improving product resilience from concept to disposal
Requirements
- We'd love to hear from you if you have experience in some of the following:
- Background in electronics, hardware or systems engineering
- Ability to interpret schematics, circuit designs and component-level behaviour
- Experience in reliability, supportability, RAMT, safety, design assurance or related disciplines
- Exposure to FMEA/FMECA, fault analysis or root cause investigations
- Knowledge of defence, aerospace, complex electronics or safety-critical systems (helpful but not essential)
- Degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics or similar - or equivalent industry experience
- This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above. The most important skill is a good attitude and willingness to learn.
