Job Description Mobile Architecture &Development: Design, build, and maintainhigh-performance, reusable, and reliable native Android applications using Kotlinand Java. Backend Integration: Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend services andserverless components using Java Spring Boot and AWS Lambda tosupport mobile application features. Cross-Platform Engineering: Leverage Flutter and Dart when necessary to build,maintain, and support cross-platform initiatives and multi-modulearchitectures. Technical Leadership &Mentorship: Act as a technical anchor or team leader.Study system requirements, break down technical specs, estimate timelines,assign tasks, and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high code quality. Production Support &Analytics: Manage end-to-end production support,monitor app health, and diagnose system issues using observability tools like Splunkand Firebase. CI/CD & DevOps: Configure, optimize, and manage automation pipelines using GitLabCI/CD, CircleCI, or Jenkins to ensure seamless deploymentworkflows. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale software solutions and providing technical leadership within Agile engineering teams of 6-12+ members. Advanced expertise in native Android application development utilizing Kotlin and Java, with deep proficiency in modern architectural patterns (MVVM/Clean Architecture), Dependency Injection frameworks (Dagger2/Hilt), Reactive Programming (RxJava/RxAndroid), concurrency management, performance optimization, and local persistence technologies including Room and SQLite. Strong cross-platform mobile engineering capabilities using Flutter and Dart, with proven experience implementing scalable, maintainable application architectures, advanced state management patterns (BloC), reusable component libraries, and CI/CD-driven mobile delivery pipelines. Extensive backend and cloud engineering experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native, microservices-based applications using Java Spring Boot, AWS Lambda, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, and distributed system design principles. Demonstrated expertise in cloud data platforms and integration technologies, including Firebase Firestore, Firebase Realtime Database, API security frameworks, authentication and authorization mechanisms, automated testing using Espresso and Mockito, and end-to-end software quality assurance practices. Possesses exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical leadership capabilities with a proven track record of resolving complex asynchronous system issues, optimizing application scalability and reliability, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, product-focused digital solutions.
