Work You'll Do As an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading implementation workstreams, advising client stakeholders, and driving business process transformation enabled by Oracle Cloud Supply Chain. Manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders. Lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning. Facilitate current-state and future-state process design, including scenario design, process flows, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making. Manage team members across project activities and provide direction, oversight, and quality review for deliverables. Support business development activities, including pursuit participation, proposal development, scope definition, and pricing discussions. Coach junior practitioners and contribute to performance development, staffing, recruiting, and retention efforts.
