Requirements

• Current BLS, CRT, and ARRT certification required
• Radiology Fluoroscopy Permit required
• Ability to scrub in interventional lab and OR procedures required
• License required if applicable
• Additional Information
• Works across both the interventional radiology lab and OR settings
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
