The Tax Manager is a tax professional that works on the company's federal and state compliance for domestic and foreign subsidiaries in an exciting, dynamic and fast-paced industry. Review and assist in the preparation of estimated tax payment computations. Assist with tax planning and other tax department projects. Performs other job related duties as requested. Required: Bachelors of Science in Accounting or Business/Finance with an emphasis in accounting. At least 5 years of public accounting or corporate tax department experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience preparing and/or reviewing Forms 1118, 5471, 8865, 8858 and 926. Demonstrated work paper documentation skills. Excellent technical writing and editing skills, as well as strong verbal communication skills. Experience with process improvement, proactively streamlining procedures and reporting. Strong technical knowledge related to the preparation and review of US federal and state income tax returns. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong project management skills. Strong organization skills. Strong tax research skills. Excellent customer service skills.
