Responsibilities

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end social media ownership for consumer brands
  • Proven ability to produce visually polished, on-brand content well beyond basic design tools
  • Experience managing influencer or UGC programs independently
  • Comfortable operating as a one-person content engine: strategy, creation, scheduling, and reporting
  • Must have prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies and be fluent in remote collaboration tools (Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, or similar). Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Requirements

  • Background in baby, parenting, kids, lifestyle, or similarly trust-driven consumer niches
  • Experience with D2C e-commerce or subscription box brands
  • Familiarity with the US mom/parent audience tone and sensibility
