Role Summary We are looking for an Accounts Executive with experience in the hospital/healthcare sector to manage financial transactions, and statutory compliance while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounts Payable & Receivable Manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations Track outstanding receivables; Follow up for pending payments 2. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain daily accounting entries in Zoho Handle bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny Ensure proper accounting of hospital revenue streams Support month-end and year-end closing 3. Hospital Billing Accounting Co-ordinate with billing team for Payment & outstanding Reconciliation of outstanding on monthly basis Education background in B.Com 2-3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare accounting Proficiency in Tally, Excel (advanced preferred), and hospital ERP systems Strong understanding of statutory compliance Key Competencies: Attention to detail and accuracy Strong coordination and communication skills Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
