About the role
As Financial Business Partner, you will be the trusted advisor to our Product and Development (P&D) organization, optimizing financial performance across the business and ensuring financial sustainability of projects. Please note: This is an hybrid role (2-3 days/week) at our office in Östermalm, Stockholm. In this role you will: Finance Business Partner for P&D: Take charge of budget creation, forecasting, and project reporting for P&D initiatives and monitor project progress with key performance indices such as ROI and Cost Performance Index (CPI). Product and Project Profitability: Evaluate product profitability and provide detailed financial support, including standard cost calculations, resource planning, and time-tracking for projects. Business Case Development: Collaborate with product management to develop and assess product business cases and inform decision-making on investments. Cost Control and Forecasting: Manage cost tracking and forecasts for projects, monitoring deviations and supporting accurate financial reporting.

- Equivalent of bachelor's in Finance , Accounting, Economics , or a related field.
- Strong financial analysis skills and business understanding, with the ability to present clear insights to senior management.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), and a collaborative, global mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience using financial analysis tools such as Power BI or QlikView is a great asset.
