Buyer / Supply Chain Specialist (US MNC, Semiconductor)

Responsibilities

• -Manage procurement activities for capital equipment, spares, and services
• -Execute Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including delivery tracking, budgeting, and invoice reconciliation
• -Maintain supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, cost, and capacity
• -Act as primary contact for assigned suppliers and manage supplier relationships
• -Support supplier qualification and commercial evaluation activities
• -Lead or support supplier negotiations including contract renewals and RFQ processes
• -Perform cost analysis and should-cost modeling to identify savings opportunities
• -Support initiatives on lead time reduction, cost savings, and supply chain optimization
• -Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Finance, Legal, and Category teams
• -Consolidate supplier performance data for reporting and business reviews (QBR/ASE)

Requirements

• -Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• -2-5 years of experience in procurement / sourcing / supplier management
• -Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics industry preferred
• -Strong knowledge of procurement processes (P2P, RFQ, contract management)
• -Experience in supplier negotiation and cost analysis
• -Familiar with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
• -Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
