Responsibilities
- Define P&G winning choices across channels and customers for your product categories
- Be responsible for the creation & deployment of Shopper Based Design (SBD) planogram standards

- Job Qualifications
- Higher education diploma
- At least 2 years of work experience in FMCG, preferably in Sales/Key Account Management, Distributor Operations, Trade or Shopper Marketing roles
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
- Strong knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Power BI would be considered a competitive advantage
- Budget management experience would be considered an advantage
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills to identify business opportunities
- Ability to handle complexity under time pressure while keeping the big picture in mind
- Strong operational discipline and excellent communication skills
