YOU WILL BE: The Operations Administrator is responsible for organization and administrative day-today tasks to support sales performance and bottom-line profitability.
Responsibilities
- Cash & Banking Responsibilities
- Complete cash and check reconciliation daily
- Complete ReSA (Sales Audit) activity daily
- Lead and support all bank deposits and baking needs
- Manage red bags and media handling
- Reconcile cash office profile register drawer
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage associate spiff payouts
- Complete WHIRL inquiries as needed
- Support tax exempts and sales tax record needs
- Support the marketing exceptions process
- Support LP in credit dispute resolution
- Support resolution of escalated customer credit inquiries in partnership with credit services
- Store Support Responsibilities
- Assist support team with support responsibilities with the following (but not limited to):
- BOPIS / curbside service
- Order fulfillment
- Wrap & pack
- Merchandise preparations for sales floor
- Markdowns
- Change requests
- Returns
- Assist jewelry team with support responsibilities with the following (but not limited to):
- RTVs
- Special order processing
- Direct to store receipts
- ICE system management
- Provide backup to Sales Support Assistant and Service Concierge as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma, 4-year degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
