Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or similar operational and tactical role supporting recruiting teams based in the U.S.
- Comfortable working across U.S. time zones and collaborating with global stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system, with hands-on experience in Ashby strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience maintaining data integrity, governance, and reporting within an ATS (e.g., ensuring accurate candidate records, tracking pipeline data, and supporting reporting needs)
- Strong proficiency with scheduling tools, Outlook calendars, and Microsoft Office products
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and a client service mindset
