Sales and Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize meetings to proactively support the sales team's activities and contract management
• Manage customer orders, monitor demand and stock availability, and collate manual allocations to ensure timely fulfillment
• Handle quotations, agreements, contracts, and delivery coordination to facilitate smooth sales processes
• Prepare and provide weekly and monthly sales data reports to support sales meetings and decision-making
• Create and update sales product presentations and catalogues to enhance sales communication and marketing efforts
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Diploma in any field, with preference for engineering-related majors
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong analytical skills applied to problem-solving in sales support contexts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document preparation and reporting
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting approach
