Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Nordic account strategy and growth plan

  • Experience in key account management, business development, or partner management
  • Experience working with system integrators, contractors, or within the buildings ecosystem
  • Understanding of BMS, Digital Power, or Fire solutions is an advantage
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence and build trust with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and collaborative working style
  • Fluency in English (Nordic language is a plus)
  • The position is based in the Nordic region and requires regular travel across countries.

Join Our Team as a Key-Account Manager, Top Channel Accounts We are looking for a driven and strategic Key Account Manager to lead one of our most important strategic partner accounts in the Nordics. In this role, you will own the end-to-end relationship, commercially, operationally, and strategically while working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive growth, strengthen collaboration and position Schneider Electric as a trusted advisor. You will play a key role in developing this strategic account into a scalable and profitable partner setup, strengthening long-term collaboration and maximizing mutual business value.
