IT Project Manager (Government Sector) - STE

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, timelines, and coordination to ensure smooth delivery
• Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements (BA exposure is an advantage)
• Support end-to-end system implementation, including SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live
• Track and manage project risks, issues (Sev 1 / Sev 2), and dependencies
• Coordinate across infrastructure, system, and application teams during execution
• Prepare and present project status reports, including risks and issue updates
• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and solution walkthroughs when required
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and support smooth production rollout
• Work with operations teams for handover and post-go-live support readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of project manager experience with exposure to project coordination or delivery
• Experience in project implementation (SIT, UAT, go-live support)
• Basic experience in requirements gathering or business analysis is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment
• Familiarity with ITIL or project governance practices is a plus.
