Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including content, design, and web developers to deliver high-quality web assets on schedule.
- Ensure all web pages follow SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and CRO guidelines.
- Lead Nurturing & Automation Leadership:
- Manage the end-to-end development and optimization of lead nurturing workflows within marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot).
- Drive segmentation, lead scoring, and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
- Monitor automation performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Marketing Measurement & Attribution Oversight:
- Lead the creation and management of marketing attribution models to track and measure the impact of marketing activities across channels.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to provide insights, identify trends, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Develop and maintain executive-level reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs, funnel metrics, and ROI.
- Partner closely with analytics, sales operations, and finance functions to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices across marketing operations functions.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations or related roles, with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), with the ability to manage web content production.
- Expertise in marketing measurement, data analysis, and attribution modeling.
- Skilled in reporting and dashboarding tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Demonstrated leadership or project management experience within a marketing or digital team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience integrating marketing automation with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Knowledge of SEO strategies and CRO best practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics).
