Responsibilities

• Drive Daily Operations: Keep our energetic sports centre running seamlessly during your shifts.
• Champion Safety: Maintain top-tier health and safety standards to protect our community.
• Maximize Bookings: Manage facility schedules efficiently to keep our spaces bustling and active.
• Your Leadership
• Empower Your Team: Act as a key member of our operational management squad, providing daily guidance, support, and motivation to staff.
• Lead by Example: Step up as a versatile leader to cover shifts, manage absences, and even lead classes when needed.
• You will...
• hold a minimum of a Level 3 Sports or Leisure related qualification, a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification and a full First Aid at Work qualification. (First Aid will need to be done whilst in post if not already obtained)
• You will have experience of supervisory responsibilities and significant knowledge of health and safety guidelines in a sports and leisure centre environment.
• You will need to be able to work flexibly as the role involves working mostly evenings, and weekends on a rota basis, taking responsibility for opening and securing the premises.
