Project Manager I

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Initiatives : Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Client Engagement : Develop strong relationships with clients and project teams, serving as the primary interface for both new and existing clients.
• Team Management : Ensure all team members receive relevant training and support, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance : Manage project outputs in accordance with agreed timelines and quality standards, delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients.

Requirements

• Qualifications : Degree qualified (BSc or MSc) in Project Management or a related field.
• Experience : 2-4 years in a consulting environment, providing a full spectrum of PM services including procurement strategies, progress reports, and post-contract management.
• Passion for Excellence : A commitment to delivering high-quality results and a willingness to engage positively with clients and stakeholders.
• Team Player : Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Senior Project Managers and Associates.
• Multi-Project Management : Experience managing various projects across public and private sectors.
• Networking : Active participation in local professional groups and connections with peers in other disciplines.

In this full-time role, you will collaborate with Senior Project Managers, Associates, and Directors to manage, coordinate, and deliver exciting projects across various sectors.
