Requirements

Additional Information

Role and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ITOM (Discovery and Service Mapping) and ITAM (SAM & HAM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including Discovery, Asset Management, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Develop workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. Create new custom patterns as required for Discovery. Understand infrastructure components and their integration within ServiceNow Integrate ServiceNow with other tools and systems using APIs and web services. Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of developed solutions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and services. Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational policies. Document solutions, processes, and changes for knowledge management and training purposes. Stay updated on ServiceNow features and enhancements to leverage new capabilities
