THE OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for a dedicated hunter who can originate new business in complex, high-value-add non-pharma segments. This is a high-impact senior role reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Head (25+ years of industry experience), supported by two customer service representatives. Success here creates a visible path toward vertical growth. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Own end-to-end revenue generation for the Labels & Foils division, with primary focus on non-pharma clients. Identify, pursue, and close new accounts leveraging your existing client network and industry relationships. Develop a pipeline strategy to move the division from 1.5 crores to 3 crores per month in revenue. Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Head to align BD strategy with production capacity and pricing. Engage in consultative, techno-commercial selling, articulating value-add for complex label and foil requirements. Work closely with customer service representatives to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of new clients. Represent PrintMann at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across target verticals. Participate in a structured two-round interview process and case study evaluation with company leadership. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Must-Have 10-15 years of business development experience in the packaging or labels industry. Demonstrated ability to hunt and close new accounts. Strong techno-commercial knowledge of label and foil products, substrates, and production processes. An active, portable client network in non-pharma verticals ready to engage from day one. Comfort operating in a family-managed business culture with active owner involvement and flat hierarchies. Entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with a variable-heavy pay structure. Good to Have Exposure to high-complexity label categories: multi-layer, shrink sleeves, holographic foils. Prior experience transitioning a company from pharma-dominant to a diversified client mix.
