Responsibilities
- In your role as a Device Administrator, your role will focus on the modern management of our endpoint ecosystem. Day to day, your duties will include:
- MDM Architecture & Management: Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune policies (Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, and Endpoint Security) for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Zero-Touch Provisioning: Manage and optimize automated deployment workflows using Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Application Lifecycle Management: Package, deploy, and update software across the fleet, ensuring all mission-critical tools are available and secure.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce security baselines, encryption (BitLocker/FileVault), and integrate device compliance with Entra ID Conditional Access to protect our sensitive data.
- Hardware Asset Management: Track and manage the full lifecycle of hardware inventory across sites, from procurement to decommissioning.
- Advanced Technical Support: Act as the escalation point for complex hardware and software issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting for the end-user environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the DevOps and Central IT teams to align device management with global infrastructure and security standards.
- What we would love to see from you
- In the role of an IT Administrator, ideally, you will have the following:
- Proven Expertise in Modern Device Management: Deep experience in MDM administration, specifically with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
- M365 & Identity Mastery: Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) , including groups, administrative units, and identity-driven security.
- Automation Skills: Proficiency in PowerShell (or Bash) for automating device configurations and administrative tasks.
- Multi-OS Proficiency: Comfortable managing a hybrid environment of Windows and macOS (experience with Jamf or similar tools is a plus).
- High Attention to Detail: An uncompromising approach to configuration quality and security standards.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment failures and system errors.
- Communication: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
