Senior Java Developer Ruby on Rails

About the role

Essential Job Duties: We are looking for a positive and energetic software developer to join our team. - Collaboratively develop clean code and deliver eClinical SaaS products in a Lean/Agile environment - Work with product owners and QA to clarify requirements/specs and create automated functional and unit tests (BDD, TDD) - Conduct database and query optimizations - Support Operations and Service Delivery teams in delivering solutions and troubleshooting problems in production deployments - Committed to continuous improvement - BA/BS in computer science or directly related field or equivalent experience - Strong engineering and craftsmanship background focused on delivering value - Production experience with Ruby on Rails and Java is greatly desired - Competent at Test Driven Development - Have developed substantial production systems based on a SOA architecture - Strong Object Oriented development skills - Excellent experience with User Interface and Web Application Development including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
