Assist in planning and executing procurement strategies for hotel operations. Source and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best quality products at competitive prices. Handle vendor evaluations and performance reviews. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in procurement within hotels or hospitality. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Knowledge of inventory systems and procurement software. Good understanding of hotel operations and materials.
