For more information, please visit www.fwd.com For more information about FWD Hong Kong, please visit www.fwd.com.hk/ The Job Assist in formulating ALM strategies, including but not limited to dynamic strategic asset allocation (SAA), dynamic interest rate hedging (IRH), other ALM initiatives for funds with different characteristics Provide timely financial analysis to support various ALM initiatives and hedging programmes Monitor the effectiveness of ALM initiatives and hedging programmes Handle technical enquiries from various stakeholders, including FWD Group, Investment, Finance, and Risk teams Prepare regular management reports for the Asset Liability Management Committee (ALMCO) The Person 8+ years insurance experience in actuarial functions Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Actuarial Science or other Investment/Risk Management/Statistics based major Fellowship or close to Fellowship in a recognized international actuarial professional body Experience with asset liability management is an advantage Good Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills We offer 5-day work, 20-22 days annual leaves, excellent learning & development opportunities and an attractive package to the right candidate.
