Responsibilities
- Supervise and participate in the receiving, cleaning, drying, storing, and shipping of all facility products.

- Promote strong customer relationships by maintaining high service levels and ensuring shipment quality.
- Perform responsibilities of other operational roles during staff absences, requiring cross-training in various functions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and HACCP program requirements.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of four (4) years of related supervisory experience.
- Post-secondary degree in Agri-Business.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated knowledge of grain regulations and policies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage staff activities effectively.
- WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) and TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) certifications required.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the role within a grain elevator environment, including good eyesight and color perception.
