- ASNT Level II or III
- Technical and Behavioral Competency:
- In-depth knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Advanced inspection techniques and tools, material testing methods, and documentation.
- Analytical skills
- Ability to mentor and guide team members
- Ability to analyse and solve complex problems and to work collaboratively
- Discipline knowledge and experience in Pipelines, process vessels, storage tanks, piping racks, pipe bridges

Job Summary Contribute to the improvement of the site quality by handling quality issues on the site in general according to the corporate and project quality standards Responsible for maintaining quality activities in accordance with quality management system established Carrying out inspections on discipline, responsible to determine whether work performed conforms to quality requirements, and recording its result Ensuring inspection status is controlled through efficient tools such as inspection matrix Roles and Responsibilities Controlling inspection status by using systematic tools such as inspection matrix Setting and applying practical inspection process of particular discipline based on Project requirements and International Codes (providing ITP & managing Matrix) Preparing the Inspection records to be reflected on MC Doc. Control NCRs to be closed out within the due date and supporting to prepare Corrective Action Plan properly Performing and coordinating inspection with client Carrying out QC Supervisor's responsibility in his/her absence Conducting Preparatory Meetings with Subcontractors related to discipline Definable Features of Work. Discipline Specific Understanding of piping materials, fittings, and connections Applying Piping codes and standards (e.g. ASME B31.3, API 570) Piping fabrication and installation methods and techniques Non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques for piping Inspection and testing of piping systems Piping documentation requirements Hydrostatic test package preparation and control Education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in engineering or relevant field
