Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Take off and measure quantities from construction drawings.
• Prepare tender pricing and submissions.
• Coordinate and gather information for accurate tender estimates.
• Attend meetings with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and related documents.
• Verify work quantities and subcontractor claims.
• Prepare payment responses, certificates, and final accounts.
• Handle variation orders and contractual matters.
• Liaise with project teams and contractors on scope of work and claims.
• Assist the Contracts Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Degree in quantity surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

Quantity Surveyor Salary: S$3,500 - S$4,200
