Requirements
- U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting construction administration, construction management, facilities management, or related projects.
- Experience reviewing construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project controls, and contract administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA PIV badge and pass a federal background investigation.
