Job Description AI Product Ownership & Roadmap Serve as the Product Owner for AI products and applications , managing the full lifecycle from opportunity identification to adoption and continuous improvement Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry use cases, assessing their relevance to pharmaceutical business needs Translate AI trends and innovations into concrete product concepts, use cases, and business opportunities Define and maintain AI product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and enterprise IT strategy Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, user value, and organizational readiness Collaborate with global/local IT and product teams to align with enterprise platforms, standards, and governance Business Engagement & AI Opportunity Enablement Partner closely with cross-functional business teams (Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Public Affairs, Finance, HR, etc.) to understand needs and challenges Proactively inspire and guide business stakeholders to explore how AI can enhance productivity, decision-making, and innovation - not just collecting requirements Facilitate ideation workshops, discovery sessions, and AI use case development Translate business needs into structured product requirements, use cases, and measurable success metrics Act as a trusted advisor on AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible usage AI Adoption, Enablement & Community Building Lead AI product adoption initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and business value realization Design and execute enablement programs including training, communication campaigns, product launches, and engagement activities Build and operate AI communities, champion networks, and user groups to accelerate knowledge sharing Develop user-friendly materials such as playbooks, guides, demos, and success stories Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and business outcomes to continuously improve impact Promote responsible AI usage aligned with enterprise policies and compliance standards External AI Ecosystem & Market Intelligence Maintain strong relationships with external AI vendors, startups, and solution providers Continuously scout and evaluate the latest AI products, tools, and industry developments Bring external insights into the organization through vendor demos, innovation sessions, and knowledge sharing Assess applicability of external AI solutions to pharmaceutical business scenarios Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, security, compliance, procurement) when evaluating external solutions Provide regular updates on AI trends, innovation opportunities, and market developments Cross-functional Collaboration & Delivery Support Work with corresponding teams to support AI product evaluation and implementation Coordinate pilots and trials with clear scope, success criteria, and feedback loops Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment and clear communication Support change management activities for AI product rollout and adoption Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, data privacy, and responsible AI standards Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field 6+ years of experience in IT, digital innovation, product management, or business technology roles Experience in product ownership, business analysis, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives Strong interest in emerging AI technologies, including GenAI, AI agents, and automation tools Proven ability to translate business needs into practical product solutions and use cases Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to guide and inspire business teams Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with t
