Evaluate and negotiate supplier agreements and contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Create and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Work closely with internal teams to identify procurement needs and specifications. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any invoice or delivery discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, orders, and vendor information. Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements. Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in procurement. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of procurement processes and principles. Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Knowledge of legal and commercial aspects of procurement. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
