- Oversee and support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding with the full support of the Global HR Operations team who handle all administration activities.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation comply with Spanish labour law and are aligned with group standards.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure audit readiness.
- Support managers with clear guidance on HR processes and policy interpretation.

- Support organisational design activities, including structure reviews, role design, and grading.
- Lead and embed local change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and smooth implementation.

- Drive a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across all brands in Hub Ceuta.
- Use engagement data, feedback, and regular employee touchpoints to improve employee experience.
- Partner with leaders to deliver engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
- Own and continuously improve local onboarding processes.
- Talent, Capability & Performance
- Partner with leaders on talent planning, succession, and capability development.

Requirements
- Significant experience in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role in Spain.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Spanish employment law , with proven experience managing complex ER cases.
- Experience advising senior leaders on legally compliant people decisions.
- Broad generalist HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-site environments.
- Ability to balance risk management with pragmatic, business-focused solutions.
