Recruitment Specialist - Real Estate Brokerage

Location: Dubai South Headquarters Salary: Up to AED 8,000 per month Joining: Immediate joiners preferred We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in Real Estate Brokerage recruitment to join our team at Dubai South Headquarters. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate brokers, sales agents, and support staff Handle hiring requirements for multiple departments and companies within the Group, including operations, administration, HR, finance, marketing, customer service, and other support functions Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals and corporate talent Work closely with management and department heads to understand hiring requirements Handle onboarding and documentation for new hires Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports Ensure timely closure of open positions across the Group Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2-4 years of recruitment experience in the UAE Mandatory experience in Real Estate Brokerage recruitment Proven track record of successfully hiring real estate brokers and corporate staff Strong knowledge of UAE hiring practices and labor market Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Preference Immediate joiners preferred Salary up to AED 8,000 (maximum) Professional and growth-oriented work environment Opportunity to work with a fast-growing organization Convenient location at Dubai South Headquarters
