• Track emerging trends in dermatology and clinical research and identify innovations to drive product development and strategy.
• Provide expert guidance to Clinical Innovation and skin modelization teams
• Leverage superior science into actionable claims and product innovation, ensure scientific accuracy in product development and positioning.
• Adapt scientific dossiers and clinical data for new markets and ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements

Job Title : Global Skin Science and Scientific Engagement Senior Manager Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid) Job Description As Global Skin Science and Scientific Engagement Senior Manager you will implement a scientific monitoring strategy to ensure the company remains at the forefront of dermatology and clinical innovation. You will serve as the primary scientific contact for key Cx stakeholders, providing scientific strategic guidance and expert support before and after market launch (including Clinical Innovation & Skin Modelization experts, Research Product Leads, Global Regulatory Affairs, Global Medical Affairs, and HCP Marketing). You will support the development and execution of internal and external scientific communication strategies, including scientific posters and publications in collaboration with Global Galderma Sensitive Skincare Faculty (GSSF) HCPs members, Global Medical Affairs and medical services Indian Hub. The role reports to Global Head of Skin Science and Scientific Engagement
