About the role
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Endur ETRM system, providing hands-on support, analysis, and operational stability across the trading technology landscape. The role ensures timely issue resolution, reliable End-of-Day (EoD) execution, and high-quality user support for Front Office, Product Control, Risk, and Operations teams - contributing directly to efficient and controlled trading activities.
