Job Responsibilities: - Prepare, compile, and submit monthly progress claims and supporting documents. - Monitor claim submissions, approvals, and payment status. - Assist in the preparation of variation order (VO) claims and project-related documentation. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on project matters. - Follow up on project submissions, approvals, and outstanding actions. - Maintain and update project documents, records, and filing systems. - Support Project Managers and Engineers in daily project coordination and administrative tasks. - Monitor project schedules and assist in ensuring project milestones are achieved on time. - Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence as required. - Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth project execution and timely project completion.
