Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain complex .NET applications, ensuring high performance, security, reliability, and scalability.

  • 6+ years of experience in .NET development.
  • Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets environments is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of Capital Markets concepts such as trade capture, trade processing, risk analytics, reporting, asset classes, or trading workflows.
  • Strong understanding of common programming paradigms, including object-oriented programming and asynchronous programming concepts.
  • Strong familiarity with design and architectural patterns, clean code principles, and enterprise application design.
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, or similar technologies.
  • Practical experience with relational and/or NoSQL database systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, or similar.
  • Ability to design, build, and analyze complex SQL queries.
  • Good understanding of version control systems such as Git or similar.
  • Experience with messaging and event-driven systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, MSMQ, or similar.
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with CI/CD, deployment tools, and container platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced English level is mandatory.

Requirements

  • Experience in Capital Markets technology consulting or financial services delivery.
  • Exposure to Fixed Income, FX, Equities, Derivatives, Fund Transfer Pricing, Asset Liability Management, or Market Risk platforms.
  • Experience working with Quants, Traders, Risk Managers, or Finance stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor.
  • Exposure to Gen-AI tools applied to software engineering, documentation, productivity, or data analysis.
