Responsibilities
- Supply Execution & Purchasing
- Own the end-to-end PO lifecycle for your assigned category or supplier portfolio - from OTB receipt through accurate, on-time PO placement and delivery

- Keep planning system data current - lead times, MOQs, supplier parameters - so that models and forecasts reflect ground truth
- Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain recurring supply planning reports - open order trackers, inbound pipelines, OTIF dashboards - ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
- Compile weekly and monthly KPI inputs for the Manager; surface anomalies and provide context so insights can be communicated upstream
- Build and maintain ad hoc analyses to investigate supply issues, lead time trends, or vendor performance within your portfolio
- Translate data into concise, clearly structured summaries for the Manager and immediate cross-functional partners - not senior leadership presentations
- Vendor Management
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for suppliers within your portfolio - managing routine PO confirmations, delivery follow-ups, and lead time updates
- Track and report on OTIF, delivery adherence, and responsiveness for your assigned vendors; flag persistent issues to the Manager for escalation
- Participate in supplier check-ins and review meetings; bring prepared data and follow up on agreed actions
- Maintain accurate vendor master data - lead times, MOQs, contact information - and flag when parameters need to be renegotiated
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Demand Planning, Allocation, and FC teams on day-to-day supply execution questions and inbound timing
- Contribute receipt projections and inbound pipeline updates for S&OP inputs as directed by the Manager
- Participate in process improvement initiatives; bring forward observations from your daily work that could improve team tools or workflows
- What you bring to the team:
- Demonstrated experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or procurement - ideally with exposure to both Ecommerce and Retail channels
- Hands-on experience managing the full PO lifecycle, including supplier follow-up, lead time management, and receipt reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with planning tools or ERP systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized - able to manage a high volume of open orders and supplier interactions without dropping the ball
- Clear, direct communicator; able to flag issues early and summarize data concisely for your manager and peers
- Collaborative team player who takes ownership of their scope and proactively asks for direction when priorities are unclear
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; brings a continuous improvement mindset to daily work
