Responsibilities
- Own the monetization model and analytics - including pricing structures, service offerings, and effectiveness distribution across services. Maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into revenue performance and inform strategic decisions.

- For delegated projects, develop a detailed plan, track progress, and propose optimization plans to ensure project delivery in both timeline and results.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities - explore adjacent monetization avenues, untapped segments, and emerging revenue streams to expand the platform's reach.
- Other ad-hoc duties & as assigned and paperwork.
- University Graduate with minimum 3-4 years of experience in Business Analyst, Consulting or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach.
- Possess a strong commercial mindset and good business understanding of digital products and marketplace dynamics.
- User-focused mindset and a "can do" attitude.
- Strong data processing skills and familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, Data Studio (or equivalent BI tools). Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Prior exposure to pricing strategy, monetization, or revenue optimization is a strong plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure.
- Good data visualization and presentation skills.
- Teamwork skill in order to collaborate across teams
