Requirements

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Typically 7 or more years of progressive experience in sales or commercial roles
  • Prior people management or sales leadership experience required
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, account management, and customer engagement practices
  • Experience leading revenue growth and managing customer portfolios
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results through others
