Responsibilities

Position Summary Reporting to the Vice President, FinOps, the Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst provides analytical, operational, project management, and execution support across the FinOps function. A core responsibility of this role is owning the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of CGC's Power BI reporting environment, ensuring dashboards effectively support operational, financial, and management decision-making. The Analyst provides key coordination support for cross-functional initiatives , helping organize priorities, develop and manage workflows, document and improve processes, and translate business needs into actionable plans and dashboards. This role combines hands-on Power BI dashboard development experience with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities, helping translate cross-functional business needs into actionable insights, dashboard reporting , operational processes, and supporting documentation .
