Clinic assistant

Requirements

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare or clinic work environment.
• Proficient in English. Ability to speak Mandarin or dialect is a bonus as there are patients who do not speak English.
• Assist in procedure, phlebotomy
• Good knowledge and experience on claims submissions (eg. Third Party Administrator Portal, Insurance Provider Portal, Mediclaim Portal etc) will be an added advantage
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Responsible, well-organized and proactive
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Computer literacy
• Remuneration will be adjusted based on experience and performance.

Job Description & Requirements Position: Full time, contract Looking for candidates who can work: 2 evenings per week and Saturday morning Job Responsibilities Attend to walk-in patients and clinic enquiries Manage front desk patient registration, answer phone queries and emails Provide administrative support and scheduling appointments Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medication to patients Cashiering and process billing transactions under different government schemes and managed care programmes Assist Doctor with procedures whenever necessary Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment Assist with procedures, phlebotomy Assist with other ad hoc duties assigned by Doctor
